The VapePress Pro does not have removable inserts. VapePress Inserts can only be used with the VapePress Original. You do not need and can not use the VapePress Original inserts with the VapePress Pro.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Highbrid Innovations, LLC warrants its hardware products defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date it is shipped to the customer. The customer should return the product in its original packaging if possible for repair or replacement to Highbrid Innovations, LLC 302 Washington Street #632, San Diego, CA 92103. You should expect to receive your repaired or replacement within 45 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the repair or replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your repair or replacement once we receive it (10 to 25 business days), and the time it takes return your product to you (5 to 10 business days).All Shipping And Handling Is Priced Based Quantity Purchased & Wheteher Shippment Is Domestic or International.
