Vapepress Pro for Flowermate Vaporizers

Highbrid Innovations, LLC warrants its VapePress Pro products for manufacturing defects for 10 years from the date it is shipped to the customer. No cosmetic induced defects will be warranted. Warranty is void if any tool is used on or applied to the VapePress.​

If you need to return an item, please contact us at Highbrid Innovations with your order details, shipping address, issue about the product and why you would like to return the order. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

The customer should first contact Highbrid Innovations, then once a return authorization is given, an agreed upon method to return the package will be established with the customer. The product should be returned in its original packaging if possible for repair or replacement to:​

You should expect to receive your repaired or replacement within 45 days of giving your return package to the shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the repair or replacement more quickly. 

All shipping and handling is priced based on order size and ship to location. All shipping and handling cost will be applied when processing the order payment.
